Don't want old co name, address in new documents

how do I get Publisher to not automatically include old info such as name,
address, title in a new document? I made one set of bus cards and now all
docs with those fields automatically are pupulated with these data

View, personal information, clear or change all the information you don't want. This
information is always included in the Wizards. You can avoid it altogether by
creating great designs of your own.

Actually it is Edit, Personal Info...but it worked!
