Keep getting duplicate email? No where to find out how to
change that, nothing in options or custom.

Version of Outlook? Type of account? How many? Did this always happen?
When did it start? What did you change just before it started happening?

rename the current profile for the usre then create new
profile, that should take care of your problem

IF you select Keep Copy on server and you hace a big PST
file then it is normal that you recieve the same mail
twice. Try to deselect the keep a copy on server or create
a new pst file and see the result.
