download office 2003 updates to disk

I need to update office 2003, specifically Publisher, on my laptop but i do
not have internet access on it right now. Is there a way that i can download
the updates to a disk on my desktop and then install them on my laptop?

I don't think so. I know that you need to have the laptop plugged in with
AC. Found that out when my best friend brought her laptop over and it
wouldn't let us upgrade because she left her adapter at home.
