Hello,
I have one computer in the office which is set up to leave a copy of emails
on the server for some days.
I have a laptop which is set up to download only header (descriptions) for
all emails (Outlook 2002 SP3).
The problem is:
when I check the email from the laptop, it will send "not read"
notification to senders for all the emails whose header was downloaded on
the laptop before the current check if they were deleted from the server by
the office computer. I set up the Outlook 2002 from the laptop to never send
notifications, it never do except those "not read" notifications which cause
confusion since I read those emails at the office
.
I appreciate any solution for avoid this situation (stop "not read"
notificaion).
