downloading Clipart from Design Gallery Live to Clip Organizer

when we download Clip art, clips appear to be downloading
to a temporary folder instead of creating the "downloaded
clips folder" as it mentioned in the help section...we
have been looking all over for the clips, and though the
download seems successful, the Clip Organizer has not
created a folder for the clips!

Has anyone had this problem?

Your cache is full, right-click your browser icon, properties, delete files or within
IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.
