Downloading IMAP email

Hi, having problems downloading IMAP emails. When I see that I have a new
email and double-click to open...Outlook tells me that 'this operation is not
supported until the entire message is downloaded. Please try again'. How do I
get Outlook to download the message since it doesn't seem to want to do it
when I double-click. Outlook 2000 would download the email when I would go to
open a new header by double-clicking so a little puzzled by this change in
2003. When I go in to try to modify my IMAP account to 'download complete
item' assuming this would fix my problem it won't allow me to select that
option. Any ideas?

Have you found any resolution to this at all? I recently loaded Office 2003
and one of my users get's that message when he tries to open an old email
with a link in it. Weird.

Yes, although I am not really sure how I did it. I did delete the email
account and then add it back a few times and it finally started doing what I
wanted it to do. It's been operating smoothly since then.
