I have been unable to download/install this service pack.
It doesn't even start the download, when it freezes and
Task Manager indicates it is Not Responding. I have tried
several times over the past 24 hrs. I get an error
message which elicits no response when forwarded to
Microsoft. Help. I have had repeated "crashing" in
Powerpoint (8-week old computer) and am hoping Service
Pack 2 takes care of that.
