drag and drop from Visio

I have installed and reinstalled Office XP and Visio 2002
and when I try to drag a visio object into Powerpoint I
get "not enough memory" and can't move the object over.
Inserting the object works but I can't double click it to
edit it.

Does this happen for all Visio objects or only a certain Visio object?
What happens if you insert a new blank Visio drawing?

Does it also happen to Word or Excel?
