In Word, click on Tools | AutoCorrect Options | AutoCorrect tab |
uncheck the "Capitalize first letter of sentences" box | OK.

And learn how to spell 'laser' while you're at it - it's an acronym *NOT* a
word. It isn't one of those words that you Yanks spell with a 'z' because it
doesn't make sense if you do.

Stop hitting the enter key every time you get near the edge of the screen.
You are creating separate paragraphs for each line, and each paragraph
starts a new sentence.
