Hi,
From Access I have created a new connection to the SQL server. I have
modified the .dsn file to include the username and password information and
"TRUSTED_CONNECTION=No" line. Using this connection I linked a table from SQL
server.
After closing the Access file and re-opening it, when I double click the
link table it tries to open the table with trusted connection and displaying
an error message with the SQL Server login screen. Why is access trying to
connect to SQL even the .dsn file contains the "TRUSTED_CONNECTION=No" line.
I would like if I would not have to type in the username and password every
time I open the file.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks,
Arpi
