dual email addresses

If you have one person(on contact name) who has several
email addresses(home and work) how do you get the message
to both addresses? why does one email address have to be
the default or can you get rid of the default option?
please help I run a soccer team with lots of info to email
players and their Moms and Dads.

You must post your Outlook version and mail support mode.

Try this . .

Tools|accounts|properties|advanced

Click on the "leave mail on server" on all the accounts except one (the one
you'll read last!) and they will be there until you download them in THAT
account. I am just a user -- not a specialist -- but I hope this helps!
