Rules - Moving Sent Messages to Files

R

Ryan - WT

I have set up a rule where once I send a message to a contact it is moved
into a file. What I am coming across is that if I send a message to that
person and someone else is included in the to or cc in the email, the created
rule sends that email to the first person. How do I make a rule so if there
is more than one person included in the email it does not move to the
file/rule I have already set up for the one contact.

Example - Rule created to move sent email to "mom" to "mom sent" file. I
cc'd "dad" on the email and I don't want the email that is sent to both moved
to the "mom sent" file. Just leaving it in the sent mailbox is okay for
manual moving at a later date. Only emails sent to "mom" moved to "mom sent"
file.

Exceptions may do it for you - take a look at the choices in that step of
rule making.
