Duplex Print Template

Hello,

The company I work for has a Word Template with many macros and styles built
into it. This template is the foundation for all formal proposal responses
for customer RFPs, etc.

We are receiving more customer requests to print the proposal response
double-sided to save paper. We are doing a few updates to the template now,
and it seems like an appropriate time to create a second template that could
be used for duplex printing. Since this template would be used by users
across the US and Canada, there will be many different printers used for the
final output. My question is this:

Can we create a second template from our master DOT file and have that set
up to print duplex?

Is there a lot of work involved in setting this up?

Would each user then be able to select their print driver and (assuming
printer has the capability) print their document double sided?

Do we need a separate temple for 2003 users and 2007 users?

Thank you for your response to my question. Have a nice day.
