Duplicate e-mails

I have 2 different e-mail accounts going through my outlook. Every inbound
message I get from 1 address comes in twice and the other one doesn't. The
one that does not send 2 the e-mail is attached through my internet provider
i.e. (e-mail address removed) and the one I always get two of if from my website.
