duplicate emails in inbox

We are receiving duplicate and sometimes quadruplicates
same emails (inbox)on certain workstations.
(on our outlook 2002 version(10.2627.2625)). We have a sun
cobalt mail server running pop3 and
was working fine till lately. We have auto send and
receive set every 4 min. Is there an update to outlook
2002?

Or do we need to do something else?
