Duplicate Emails

Outlook 2003: Dup. emails in box as rules applied. Rule
does not ask for copy in particular folder, yet Spam
appears both in designated Spam folder as well as inbox.

A "move to folder" action in a rule places a _copy_ of the message in the
designated folder. You have to add the "delete it" action as well to make
it disappear from the original folder.
