Duplicate Emails

I use Outlook XP withe WIn2k POP3/SMTP message - all of a sudden I am
receiving duplicate mails. I checked on the ISP side, there is nothing wrong
- please help me?

I'm using Outlook 2002 and I'm having the same problems with duplicate
emails. I use MailWasher Pro first and delete any EMs I don't want and then
go to Outlook 2002 and download what I do want. There is only 1 copy in MWP,
but 2 copies each when I download them into Outlook 2002. Please let me know
when you find a solution. I already checked out all the other possible
solutions and nothing else worked. I have Verizon DSL and Windows XP Media
Center Edition.
