duplicate entries in email

all my emails are psoted two times- or sometimes even more. how can i stop
this?

good site, and answered the question in a way. they are selliing a progmram
to delete duplicates, which suggests i can't do it in the outlook program
itself. and still i don't know why it is happening in the first place0- the
dupllicate emails all have the exact same date and time, so they are coming
in together, not at different times.
