Duplicate Msgs Recv'd by Outlook 2002 Email Client

On days when our Internet service is slow, we receive 2
or more duplicates of the same message in our Outlook
Inboxes. Our Email POP server is handled by Interland
(we do not have our own email server). We do not have a
box checked to leave a copy of our emails on the email
server. Duplication happens intermittently but mostly to
our heaviest email users and especially when there are
Internet problems. We have a DSL connection to
SBCGlobal.net and use this as our SMTP server.

Could you turn on diagnostic logging (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and post
(as an attachment, not inline) the OPMLog.log file after one such incident?
Also, pick up SP-3 of Outlook 2002 when it becomes available (I don't know
the schedule), as it should have a fix for one cause of this problem in it.
