Duplicate Outlook

If I start Outlook Express twice, I get one open application. If I start
Outlook 2000 twice, I get two open applications. Is there a setting to tell
it not to open a second instance?

Change the shortcut so it has /recycle behind it.

So it looks something like
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Outlook.exe" /recycle
