Duplicate Personal Folder

I just import my outlook 2002 ".pst" file into outlook
2003 and now i have 2 Personal Folders in my outlook.
(only webmail no exchange).
Both folders are pointing to the same data file.

Anybody have any idea why i have this problem and how to
remove one of the personal folders
