Dynamic Resource assignment

I would like to dynamically assign resources to tasks depending on if a
resource is busy or not. I have not figure out a way to do this in Project
and I'm not certain that it has the capabilities.

I'm not sure if thats terribly clear, so I will attempt to give you an
example.

If I have 4 tasks. Task1 must be complete before tasks 2 and 3 begin and
task 4 comes only after 2 and 3... If I have a group(or pool or whatever)
of 3 resources and all three of them can do the job, can Project assign them
out of that pool?

Project does not have that kind of capability. Project can provide the
information like availability across multiple projects and skill sets if
that is defined in your enviornment but the decision is a manual one. The
tool will not do it for you.
