E-Mail attachments

I'm having a problem with viewing e-mail attachments. When I click on the attachment, I get a "not authorized" (or something like that) message. However, if I right click and save the pdf document, I can go into Acrobat and view it. Is there anyway I can view it automatically by double clicking
