E-MAIL FOLDERS

On some of my folders there is a category (RECEIVED) on some of my folders it
is not there can you please tell me how to put it on any that I want to ,the
others are SIZE ,SUBJECT,FROM

You can customize your view via;
View-> Current View-> Customize Current View...

The columns you mentioned should be there by default so to undo any changes
that you made, you can also press the Reset Current View button.

Sounds like you might have accidently changed a view for a folder. Two
options at this point...

1) Start Outlook 1 time with the /cleanviews command line switch. This will
delete all custom views and reset the built-in ones back to their default.

2) If you want to create/build one-off views, you can add/remove columns by
right click on one of the column headers and pick custom.
