E-mail get delayed

Hello..I have problem in getting my e-mails. For some
reasons, the e-mails delayed. However, if I open
Administrator's e-mail then open my e-mail accounts under
Open Other user's folder, I have my e-mail without delay.

Any thoughts?

Is there a router or a switch configured with VLANs between your computer
and the Exchange server?

If you are in your own mail profile, and click on another folder, then back
to Inbox, are the messages there?

What version of Outlook?
