What are Outlook Maps??

All of your mail is contained in a file with a .pst extension. You can
export your folders that you want saved to a .pst file and then burn that to
CD (you will need to copy it back to your hard drive and remove the
read-only attribute to access the mail.)

Or, you can just copy the .pst file (with Outlook closed) and burn the copy
to a CD.
