e-mail newsletter

I created a 2 pg newsletter w/Publisher 2003. I e-mailed it, but only the
first pg shows up in the e-mail. I also tried saving it as a jpg, but that
didn't solve the problem. Each time I send the e-newsletter, it's only
sending the first page. Also, the links in the newsletter work and when I
preview it, I am able to switch between the first and second page. It just
doesn't send the second page when I e-mail it.
:(

Does anyone know how to send the entire newsletter without sending it as an
attachment?

Can't do a two page email. You can create an email that is twice as long
tho. I will tell you that the whole thing may not print.

The best way is to create a .pdf and send it as an attachment. (I know you
didn't want to hear that but...)

Thank you. How do I go about extending the e-mail? When I tried copying &
pasting, it didn't work.

Is it possible to do an e-mail merge in publisher 2003 or only word?
