e-mail won't send automatically

I'm using Outlook 2002 and when I send a message, it
won't automatically send. I have to hit the manual
send/receive button to send.
Anyone know why this is happening?

Hello

Goto Tools > Options > Mail Setup > Send/Recieve > Send Recieve Group

Now click on edit; all accounts. Your Inbox for each folder should
have both send and recieve checked.
