After a message is read,I want to leave it there to
respond to it later. But when I close out of my e-mail
and re-open outlook, the previous e-mail has disappeared.
What am I doing wrong. Is something checked off
accidently and causing me to loose my email? Thanks

View-Current View and change to Messages.
