Is there a version of Project 2007 from which e-mails can be sent
automatically to remind resources (people, that is) that they have upcoming
tasks. I've seen the questions about the workgroup e-mails in earlier
versions of project, but they were apparently a retrofit in 2003 (and had
more to do with the initial assignment of tasks).

If the retrofit is all that is available, does anyone know if it will work
in Project 2007?

Hello David,

Not without Project Server. However you may find a product that works
with MS Project. I'd suggest starting your search on the companion
