E-mailing word document with drop down box

I have a Word document with drop down boxes and other questions that I need
to e-mail to customers to have answered and returned to me. I am wondering
if there is a way to e-mail this document as "Mail Recipient" in which the
drop down boxes will still show rather than sending them "As Attachment".
