I am trying to e mail a Publisher file to a co worker. I go through the steps
and I receive this message:
"There are no Office Assistant character files present on the system.
Please run Setup in maintenance mode and install at least one character."
I have no idea what this is talking about.

What version? Publisher 98 has a couple of assistants on the CD, Clippie and one
other...They are on your drive in a folder similar to this:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Actors
Clippit.act
Logo.act

I have Publisher 2003. I've tried to attach it in an e from Outlook. I
have also tried to e it from Publisher. I get this message I told you about.
I've looked up these sites that you told me about and nothing seems to work.
