E Mails increase dramatically in size in the spooler

I am in the USA, and I have a user who is using MS Office 2003, she can generally print without a problem, we get e-mails from all around the world, but there are a few specific e mails that she receives from Europe with a word attachment of 100KB, when she attempts to print these e mails they grow in size on the spooler before they print out, an e mail that can be about 125KB, will spool out to about 40+ MB before it prints, when it DOES in fact print there are ONLY 2 pages that are printed, it is all text and there are no pictures. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I saw a fix for the fonts, and it did not work. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

This is strange, here is the driver for it, but I do not see Windows 2003 server listed...
