edit individual pages after merge in publisher

Step 4 in the Merge function tells me I can edit individual pages in step 5.
After all is merged, Publisher is only showing me one page. I can't find a
way to get at individual pages for editing. When I pull up the print dialog
box, it shows 68 letters are there...

In step 5 click "Create new publication", Publisher will create 68 letters (pages),
you can edit each one.
