Edit page in word.

I am complying data for my site. it is a list a links, so I edit it in word
to be able to sort the data. Only problem is that when i paste it bak into
frontpage I lose the hyperlink color propertires. they stay the same color on
click. I am using a theme web, so I can change it in the page properties. How
can I fix this? I have tried changing the theme to see if it would re set,
but it will not. I can't sort thru frontpage becuse I'm not using sharepoint.

Wehn you paste form Word or othetr applcations, the default Paste will
retin the orngnal formatting. To remove formatting whn you paste you the
Paste Special or paste to Notepd and then paste form Notepad.

You can then apply what ever formatting or style you want to the clean
text in FP.

I am going from fronpage to word & then back to frontpage. Is this wrong?
Becasue I tried what you said & it didn't do a thing. I have to go to no
theme & change the hyperlink properties then put the theme back to get it to
work. this seems like a lot of work & a pain in the butt. is there an eaiser
way? i have over 50 pages this way, that's way it is a pain in the butt.

The easy way is to use the correct tool for the job - FrontPage is for
web pages, Word is for printed documents.
If you do your links in a table in FrontPage (one link per cell in a
single column table), you can sort the table using the utility at
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...6c-6e20-4f5c-95f1-a9598892408c&displaylang=en
(the link may wrap onto multiple lines)
The utility will also sort other constructs (like lists).

Awesome. thnks. Works perfect. A little more help. The old data i pasted with
word will not change at all now. the hyperlinks stay the same color no matter
what any suggestions as to how I can get them to work with the theme
properties/
