Editing text

I can't edit copy in a Publisher 2003 text box, preparing a Newsletter.
However a new box in the lower part of the same page accepts editing, as does
the previous page. Any thoughts please?

Are you using a template? Is the text box on the Master Page? (ctrl + M)

Can you select the text box? You may have created a border and it is in front of
the text box. If this is the issue, send the border to the back.

Thanks for the pointers. It sent me back to study the page, and I found I had
superimposed something like three extra Text boxes on top of the original.
Clearing them meant I was able to edit as required. Your advice is
appeeciated. MBH
