editing the who does what when report

The 'who does what when' report always gives the weekend days within the
report. Is there any way of not showing them ?

Unfortunately, no. Similar to views in Project, non-working days (e.g.
weekends) cannot be blocked out. The only way to block out non-working
days is to export the data to another application, such as Excel and
then either manually delete those columns (if the export was done
manually or with the "Analyze timescaled data in Excel" utility), or
write a custom VBA macro to only export working day information.
