Email a folder

In Outlook, I've created a number of project folders which contain emails
pertaining to various projects. Is there a way to email an entire project
folder to someone or to move it to our server so it can be retreived and the
contents viewed by others in the workgroup?

You could export it to PST and zip & mail it...

or to move it to our server so it
can be retreived and the contents viewed by others in the workgroup?

You can't share a PST file, so unless you wanted to do this as a one-time
export "snapshot" for people to open one at a time, not really. Exchange
server makes this easy, or you could search for "sharing" at
www.slipstick.com for more options.
