Email account settings issue

Working with Outlook 2007. In the email account area I see no way to change
the port settings in what used to be the advanced tab

When you say "what USED to be the Advanced tab" does that mean you don't see
an Advanced tab at all? It's still here on my 2007 on Win 7. Are there no
boxes there that you can type in the new ports? Is that what you mean?
