email accounts OUtlook 03

I set up email accounts and sometimes get duplicates and
when I deleted one, the other one is saying "cannot find
account" when I click on it to edit it. I then deleted
that one too and set up new email account and it still
says that it cannot find it.

Now my "Send/receive" option entirely disappeared from
Outlook menu bars and menu lists.
