Email Accounts

Where do I find all the required information to set up an Email Account. I
know it says from your ISP but how the heck do you do that.

I've tried going to the web page and right clicking for the properties but
that seems to be no help...

Use the FAQ links on your ISP web page and browse for email settings. Right
clicking on the web page doesn't do squat for finding information listed on
your ISP web page.

Since you are using AOL, use the AOL help files to learn how to configure
Outlook to use your AOL mail. Is it a non-standard configuration.

Go to the home page for the company from whom you buy your Internet access and/or e-mail mailbox. Look on that page for links to FAQs, Customer Service, Getting Started, etc. If they have a Search box, search for "email."

This is the page that I begin at. I've been to the merek email server page
but i just can't find what i'm looking for. would someone be able to go to
this page and see if they can find anything? I must be blind :-|

Outlook doesn't support web-based mail accounts except for MSN and Hotmail. You should ask whoever gave you the information about this web mail account whether it is also available via the POP3 or IMAP4 mail protocol. If not, you can't use it with Outlook.
