Email address stored in Excel

Can emails be sent using addresses stored in an Excel spreadsheet? I'm using
Office 2003. If so, how?

Depends on their format. You may be able to copy and paste the addresses
into the To: field of a message. Or you can easily do a mail merge to
electronic mail and use the Excel spreadsheet as the data source for the
merge.
