I can not read the attachment after opening it. It all
looks liks computer language. The pop up comes up and
says to select the window, dos or other that can read the
message. Nothing I select helps me to read it. What is
happening? The same thing happens when I try to receive a
fax through my HP printer? Please someone offer some
advise.
