Email Configuration

Using Outlook 2003, I am unable to configure a second
email account. Although I am able to connect to my
Comcast Account via the web (i.e. its valid and open), I
cannot configure Outlook to work. I get messages
indicating that "Cannot connect to Incoming Mail Server"
and "Cannot Connect to Outing Mail Server".

Comcast says sinjce I can connect vie the Web they're
okay - contact Dell.

Dell says, since my other Comcast account works via
Outlook - contact Comcast.

Any sugestions?

How are you trying to configure the second account?
