I was hoping someone can help me, I want to send a PowperPoint presentation
with photographs as a presentation, however when I have it as an attachment I
would like for the person who is opening it to have it appear and start the
presentation straight away rather than having to open the file and have it
run through Powerpoint.........how do i do this? I hope someone can help.

Hi Stacey,

For the most part, this can not be done. There is also the serious issue of
if it should be done, since many people (like myself) do not like things to
happen on their computer without their explicit consent.

You can ...
1) Send the PowerPoint (or PPT folder if there are linked items) and include
a link to the PPT viewer should the recipient not have PowerPoint installed.
2) Convert the presentation into HTML and then send that folder
3) Save the PowerPoint as a picture series (JPG, PNG, etc.) and send the
pictures.

Here are some more details:
*Send a presentation that opens automatically in email
