Email from Publisher

This is my first attempt to email from within Publisher 2003. I have run
into 2 problems I don't understand. I'm sending with the Publisher page
imbedded in the message area (not as an attachment).

The first test I ran I set my Outlook Options to display as plain text so
that I could check to make sure a "if you have trouble reading this click
HERE" text box in the document would get displayed (for those with HTML
turned off). I get some of the text boxes but not all (including the one
above). Why?

Second, I have two versions of the Publisher page. The one that I send is a
one page document. The other is a duplicate except it has a hyperlink on it
to a second page in the Publisher document. The second one is imported into
FrontPage. If I navigate to the web site home page via IE and then navigate
(via links) to the page that's there I get the right page on the site and the
link to the second page works fine. However, if I go to the web site home
page via a link in the sent Publisher page and then navigate to the 2 pager I
published there, the link to the second page shows but when I click on it,
nothing happens. I can work around this by changing the links in the sent
document to link directly to the publisher page on the site and the link to
the second page works fine.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Tom

A quick update. On the first problem (the workaround for plain text email) I
was able to get the "if you have trouble" message to display in the receiving
email by moving the text box out of a rectangle that was surrounding the
whole document. Still not sure why some of the remaining text boxes inside
the rectangle were displayed though.
