Email Gannt View Only

Is there a way to email a user the Gantt view only, the user only is needs to
see the schedule and I prefer not to share the resource information with
names and rates?
I tried using the organizer feature by removing views such as task usage,
resource sheet, resource graph and saving it to a new file, the views are no
longer there but any user can create a new view. Also, created a new file and
using organzer I copied the gantt from the original file to the new and it
does not appear. Am I missing something?

hello,
Have you tried the "Copy Image" button in the tool bar ? (Small camera)
Another way to try : print the Gantt Chart as a .pdf file.

Yes, I have tried the "Copy Image" feature and printing as .pdf does not
solve the problem. I would like to still be able to send the MS Project.mpp
file to them but with restricted access to resources or removing resource
views without losing any information. Changing the global template does
remove the views but one could easily add it back in. Thanks for the reply.
