Email going into Administrator's account

I installed Office under my administrator's account. But, I was still in
admin account when I set up Outlook. Now, mail from my Verizon account goes
into the Outlook Admin account and I need to change it to my user account and
also set up and email account for my son. Is it possible to undo all this? I
have already reinstalled Outlook. Thanks!
