1) How do you send an email to a group of people so that each individual dose
not shows up in the "To:" part of the email?

2) How do you set up and auto responds?

3) How do set up a link or button on an email I'm sending to a client that
will send me a reply automatically if they click it.

Put the email addresses of the recipients in the "BCC"
(Blind copy) address window.

If you are on a Microsoft Exchange Server, you can do
this. If you are not, you can't.

Use the Bcc field.

Rules.

The mailto URL will bring up their mail compose window and you can specify
what it will contain with the URL, but they'll still have to deliberately
send it.
