Email links in Office 2003 attempt to open Citrix Connection

I have Citrix installed on my XP-Pro/Office-Pro 2003 box. Now in all Office
programs when I click on an email address it attempts to open a Citrix
connection instead of opening Outlook. I have run "repair" without success.
In Control panel my E-mail program is listed as "Use my current e-mail
program". How do I set Office to point to my local Outlook for email links?

Unless you are running MS Windows XP 64-bit Beta as your operating system,
you reside entirely in a 32-bit world.

Perhaps Citrix technical support can provide a solution to the problem
caused by your installation of their product?
